Yes, The Zombie Panic room Is 14 and older, Chloe is 16 and older. If anyone younger then the required age wants to participate you have to book all the spots in the rooms. All other rooms are left up to your own discretion. Just be aware that we do have a no refund policy.
It is not necessary to change names, as long as you have paid for everyone that will be participating and they have filled out our waiver, you will be just fine.
We are always looking for talented actors and actresses to help with our interactive entertainment! If you are interested in acting for us, please submit your resume, head shot, and a brief statement of interest to info@alcatrazescapegamesdfw.com.

We recommend our Wizard Hysteria room for younger ages.
Yes. There are live actors In Zombie Panic, Chloe, Death Row, and Prison Bus.
There is not any way to watch the experiences unless you have paid and are doing the experience with a group.
To reserve an entire session for your group, you need to purchase all the tickets to the show time. Please contact us if there are no session times available with all tickets available and we can see if there are any other times that we can make available.
The door to the room closes exactly at the time of your booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early to make sure you are there before the room is locked. You will not be permitted into the room if you are late. No refunds.
You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you run late you will lose your time slot and there are no refunds or rescheduling options for being late.
This varies from game to game (room to room), up to 10 people can participate in Prison Bus Escape, Horcrux Hysteria, The Row, Chloe and Extinct. Up to 14 players can participate in Zombie Apocalypse. Single players are welcome, as it’s not necessary to make up the full number of players in order to participate. However, you could be matched up with other players on arrival.
All of our experiences are $28 per adult/child plus tax.
